4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the trading activities of VIVER TRADE PRIVATE LIMITED, the parties agree to resolve such disputes through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of acceptance by the trading partner. By engaging in any trading activity with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated to our partners via email.
